Provenance: Former pro now deceased,
we are the second owner of the instrument.
This my children is
a once in a lifetime horn. The #80
series are generally believed to be the
best of the five digit horns and better
than the rest. It was the favorite of
Michael Becker and the epitome of the
perfection that is Mark VI. I will
spare you my silly words and let the
pictures speak for themselves. We've
looked far and wide for a one owner horn
like this and the nephew of the original
owner just called up and offered it to
us, right out of the blue. Now
it's here and available to the player
with the taste and discretion to see it
for the beautiful treasure that it is, a
sweet playing investment in the golden
age of the tenor saxiphone
